Hey guy's. My name is David and I'm new to these forums. I know you guys hear this problem a lot but I was wondering if someone could guide me. I have a 2010 dodge ram pick up and I was replacing a pcm with a new one. How can I go about to write the vin on it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

You need to flash module first with laptop and Maxiflash PRO.  Go to Chrysler's website and buy a short term subscription and download software, make sure you install Maxiflash PRO drivers first on your PC. https://www.techauthority.com/en-US/Pages/Home.aspx
After you flash module write VIN with scanner, most scanners will let you write VIN on new modules.

If you don't have the CD you could download Maxisys PC Suite from Autel’s website to install Maxiflash PRO drivers, once downloaded,  open Maxisys PC Suite file, go to a folder named “J2534” run setup.exe to install your Maxiflash Pro drivers on PC: http://pro.auteltech.com/queryProductToolsList.html?m=1&operationType=1
